Big O Tires

We were traveling and had 3 of our tires go bad..lt27565r20...no one had them in stock. Brian, store manager at 6th ave. Went out of his way to go get them at the local wrhse! He had us in traveling condition when a short time! Brian, the techs and big o were our hero's. We arrived safely to our home in KY. An added plus, we have a big o store here too! Thank you Brian and staff at your 6th Ave Aurora CO store! You r fortunate to have dedicated, knowledgeable, and courteous employees, they hard to come by these days!

David Martinez has been very helpful and thourogh with the work performed. David was very helpful in explaining the packages I could purchase to fit my needs for my truck and answered all my questions with ease! I would highly recommend this location! Not to mention , I got my truck right in as soon As I arrived!

Using a half price coupon through the mail, in the past the garages that offered a special comparable to this always find something else wrong.....Not this Shop! So refreshing! I was even told to "Keep doing what I have been" to take care of my car. They have all of my auto repair business from now on.

I moved across town and tried switching to a different shop. Got my old changed at a Midas and they charged more and damaged stuff I wasn't even having work done on. When I got a few diagnostic lights come on in knew I needed to go back to the 6th and Chambers Big O team. As a military member they always give good deals and have tried to work with my schedule. If you ever need help come here and talk to David Martinez. He's a champion. I always recommend this store to my friends at work when they have issues.

I am one happy customer!!! I showed up on a Saturday morning with no appointment and Jason Knight helped me find what I was looking for and he was able to get it done the same day. I was in and out!

My A/C was blowing warm air and the technician was able to fix it for me the same day without an appointment. I saved a lot of money by taking my car to Big O tires because other places wanted me to replace parts that were not broken. I was very happy with the service that I received. Fast, friendly and fair

I went in looking for an estimate. I didn't know what to look for in a tire and what was a fair price. The manager Briant Cummings made my experience comfortable and easy. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I will be returning for my next set of tires.
