The only complaint is that I provided as cell phone number at which I was to be called when the car was done being serviced and it didn't happen.k I wrote the number on the repair order and told the person who was writing up the order that I was going to the doctor and needed to be called at the cell number. I called four hours later and was told the car was ready for pickup. It isn't really a big deal, the rest of what your firm provided greatly overshadows this inconvenience.
