Great service!

David Martinez was so helpful, he answered all questions, he showed me what was wrong and only that, he didn't go on saying this also needs to be done and so on. I went in to get a tire replaced and got it, David asked me if I needed anything else, I said no and he said ok, you have any questions problems you call or come in and we will fix it! Thank you David Martinez and your staff. I will continue to go to this location because of how wonderful the staff and David were. Thank you for your help! Kathleen R

These guys are great every time I visit. They have helped me figure out the best service option possible for my needs, and even if I do not have it on hand, have let me use coupons for their services as well. Also, last time there were a number of complications but they handled them wonderfully (did not have the part I needed, but had it rush delivered while I ran an errand, came back and popped it in my car quick and had me on my way, but then the computer went down when I went to pay and they offered great quick solutions to pay a different way). Great customer service, I will definitely continue returning!

Jason Knight & David Martinez are great customer service people. Jasun Smith is the best mechanic we have ever had to work on our trucks. All of them are very friendly and knowledgeable. Jasun Smith explains exactly what was done on the truck and why. He always gives any future work that might be needed. What a great crew.

This was the best service I ever had at a mechanic shop! Not only did they do great work but they explained to me what they were doing and didn't make me feel like I was a burden.

EXCELLENT customer service. They had to replace a bolt holding my new struts that was not the correct bolt that brakes plus used when i got my struts.. Brakes plus also broke my tail light when attempting to replace a bulb. So your company fixed my struts bolt, tightened the other bolt. Who knows what may have happened had big o not found out the mistakes of brakes plus. I will only have my car care done at big O Thank you

They took my car to work on between others. Helped out with pricing, helped get it back in a timely manner. yes it was later then they said BUT they felt bad and things happen. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

We we're greeted at my vehicle which was very welcoming! They were quick with getting my problem fixed and David and Dominic were the greatest part of my experience. I would highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs!

I have been going to NTB for the past 5 years or so, trying other local shops in between visits. Just about every other local mechanic shop would always diagnose a problem with my car wrong or try to sell me a part I don't need. Lately my Mercury has a handful of problems but the mechanics at NTB have gone above and beyond to help get my car back in the road EACH time. I had a squeal in my serpentine system for a long time and put money into it multiple times and other shops to attempt to diagnose the problem but they would only temporarily fix the problem. The most recent time my belt hopped I took it to NTB and the mechanic with the big beard worked on my car and finally fixed it! And I haven't had a problem since. I needed a new belt, tensioner, and pulley the same parts another local shop installed but neglected to note they were badly used parts. My car then needed a new intake gasket, throttle body gasket, and fuel injector O-rings. When I dropped off the car I talked to the manager in the back, Devin. He took the time to explain what was going on and what they would have to do to fix it, options, etc. He found the parts I needed but they had to be ordered. So for the time I was waiting for my car he gave me updates and took the time to let me know if anything had changed while simultaneously dealing with an evening rush. He also took the time to talk to me about some emissions problems my car has, and options I had to pass E-check. Couldn't have asked anything else from him, he went above and beyond. Having an older car is aggravating and can be a headache because things start to fail with age. But I know I can always take it to the Streetsboro NTB because they are always honest, they take pride in their work, and want to do a good job. I would recommend to anyone.

Went there to get my oil changed and a tune up. Happy about the service and the customer service. Rico was very nice and helpful, was very polite as soon as I walked in and really helpful.

I needed new snow tires. I traveled an hour and a half to the store. When I got there I was greeted by a nice man David Martinez he was very efficient, very knowledgeable and he has great customer service! I would definitely recommend the store to my friends and family.

They were wonderful and so much nicer and respectful than Midas. Definitely will return.

David was a really cool guy. He answered every question we could think of, greeted us at our car, and worked to get us the best deal possible. I will definitely be coming back to put tires on my wife's car.
