Big O Tires

My first time taking my car to this location. I liked how they let me know some things my car could use (maintenance etc.) but did not try to sell me on it. I have been to so many oil changes where they try to get you to do all this other stuff with them.

Was there just last Saturday, walk in customer, and after a slow start, they did a great job with the service detail. They were knowledgable and friendly and did more than I thought they could.

William was very courteous & kept me informed

Needed a flat repaired. They were too busy the first time I went by but filled it with air (slow leak). Second day I tried in the morning and they were able to get me out within about half an hour. Only thing is I don't think they checked the pressure in the rest of the tires as my front left tire appeared a little low and I forgot to ask them to check it and it still appeared low when I left (I noticed it after arriving at work a couple miles away).The employee who helped at the counter was very pleasant.

Found a nail in my tire so I needed a place nearby . I had been here before but was told they couldn't help me out so I was hesitant to try again. Well this time I was surprised when i was greeted at my car. I didn't get any bad vibes and he let me explain my problem. After he advised me of other issues and gave me the information to make my decision. I didn't feel pressured and Jason Knight was friendlier and more helpful than the person I spoke with when this facility opened 2 years ago.

We had to go to Big O again as a tire on our car was non repairable. It wasn't a Big O tire but Gizmo was able to match our spare and align the car in just a few hours helping us on our way. He and his staff make sure it's done right the first time, but keep you coming back for their service in the future. A great store, great manager!

Started using the Big O location close to my house for several reasons: 1. location, easy walk to/from my house, 2.provide the vehicle inspection and provided me with the information to make decisions on servicing the car(s), 3. did the work quickly and seems correctly, 4. pricing is decent, any car expense is always an irritant but it does and will happen, so the store did the work at a price I found acceptable, & 5, everyone is friendly and provided me with recognition, understanding and a business like approach to getting the job done.

Nick was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to my problem and tell me what was wrong and did not shove me into things that I don't need like other dealerships. I have sent my whole family there and will continue to recommend him. Your store has an asset to the company. Thank you Nick

I followed up on a flyer I got in the mail and had my 5000 mile check-up.I didn't expect it to cost over $1000, but I know my Jeep had to be acclimated from Southern California to Denver.It all worked out fine.

Fantastic services as usual. I have been going to Big O Tires for 5 years now and each time I always have a good experience. Since I started going to this location over the past year, the staff has always had an attention to detail, straight explanations, and were respectfully mannered.

I had a oil change done and they discovered I had a oil leak and I think it would have helped if they could have told me where it was coming from instead of telling me it was 69 99 to find out why Seaman you was all in my oil pan

This place did a great job on my struts, much less expensive than the other places I had estimates. I also had 4-new tires and an alignment. Overall great to work with!
