2 new tires, swapped 1 old tire to spare no charge . rotated tires . They had to get tires from warehouse - gave me 50 dollars off. All this during a 45 min lunch.Tks guys.

We were traveling and had 3 of our tires go bad..lt27565r20...no one had them in stock. Brian, store manager at 6th ave. Went out of his way to go get them at the local wrhse! He had us in traveling condition when a short time! Brian, the techs and big o were our hero's. We arrived safely to our home in KY. An added plus, we have a big o store here too! Thank you Brian and staff at your 6th Ave Aurora CO store! You r fortunate to have dedicated, knowledgeable, and courteous employees, they hard to come by these days!

On my visit to purchase tires, your agent did not advise me of the additional service contract to cover punctures or damage or whatever. It was not until I received an email from Discount Tires arrived advising me of the optional coverage. I was surprised and disappointed that damage was not covered. Also, on a previous visit to have the tires rotated, the agent advised me against it because he felt the tread was "about" the same on all tires. **A suggestion: Consider an option to add a box for customer to accept or decline the additional coverage when we are signing your e-signature pads.

David Martinez has been very helpful and thourogh with the work performed. David was very helpful in explaining the packages I could purchase to fit my needs for my truck and answered all my questions with ease! I would highly recommend this location! Not to mention , I got my truck right in as soon As I arrived!

They looked at my brakes and suspension and determined the rear brakes needed complete replacing and the suspension needed all new struts totaling $1800. I said I would get a 2nd opinion. I did at another shop and they said it all looks good for now. The back brakes still have enough pad and are good for a while yet. I looked myself and they are still good it appears. Suspension is good also. I will get another opinion just for grins a little later at another shop.

Had the vehicle in for service of the AC. That was almost 4 weeks ago. They said to bring it bank and have it checked to see if all was ok,, it didn't hold the charge.. They said there was a hose that needed to be replaced and that there was at least 4 hours of labor to replace.. once they got that back together they called me and said that they found another hose that was leaking. They fixed that the next day..Very frusterating.

New manager was friendly and understood my concerns from the last visit - previous manager did not provide excellent customer service. New team provided excellent service. Will recommend to friends and coworkers alike. 5stars!

The technicians didn't even put my spare tire back in it's place. So it was rolling all over the back. The gentleman at the front counter said he was tired and seemed like he didn't want to be there.

I moved across town and tried switching to a different shop. Got my old changed at a Midas and they charged more and damaged stuff I wasn't even having work done on. When I got a few diagnostic lights come on in knew I needed to go back to the 6th and Chambers Big O team. As a military member they always give good deals and have tried to work with my schedule. If you ever need help come here and talk to David Martinez. He's a champion. I always recommend this store to my friends at work when they have issues.

Tech didn't put on the tpms kits and I was charged for it. I had to take the car back because the alignment wasn't done right and they would have known if they took it for a test drive.

I highly recommend this place very fast and friendly service. I had to have a flat tire repaired and they jumped right on it even in the middle of eating their lunch. Well worth your time to check them out.

David was nice and courteous, but the staff was overworked as there was someone off on bereavement. I waited a few extra days for services to be completed (oil change, dye in oil for leak check, fuse and wiring check for door locks), and made it to the shop just before closing to get the keys. Since I did not have a ride, I left my vehicle where they parked it after pulling out of the bay and returned home to eat dinner with my wife before returning to collect my vehicle. They left my vehicle lights on, draining the battery down to nothing. I called the next morning to ask them to charge the battery so I could pick up my vehicle. Three days pass and I have to call for status because I was never contacted that it was complete. I was informed that my battery was unable to hold a charge, and it needed a $130 replacement (total services rendered so far is $116). I decline, jumped the vehicle and brought it home and used a $30 charger on the battery. It has charged and held just fine. I don't appreciate BS, especially on my first visit. This is the second Big O in the Aurora area to pull this stuff; I wont be back.

My A/C was blowing warm air and the technician was able to fix it for me the same day without an appointment. I saved a lot of money by taking my car to Big O tires because other places wanted me to replace parts that were not broken. I was very happy with the service that I received. I would recommend Big O Tires to all my friends and family members. Please keep up the good work. Thank You Big O Tires.!

I would not recommend to anybody the fluid flushing products currently in promotion at the store. It costs $129 but the "specialist" was not even able to tell that the transmission (CVT) and the steering system of my vehicle has been serviced using the product that I bought. He filled out these areas with question marks.

I was pleased how prompt they were and didn't cost very much. They dida courteous check and found out some other things I need to have done.

In the past I have been pleased with the entire process. This time it took over two hours to get my oil changed. Not very good when it seemed as though every time I checked there were two guys under the pickup working on it.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. Always great service at every location. Their tires are great quality and service has always been professional and quick.
