Big O Tires

Customer service needs improvement.I hope the tires and workmanship are better.Was never offered an alignment until the car was done and parked.After spending $600, one would think that new valve covers would come with the new tire.No, my old green ones were put on and no one told me that there was air, not nitrogen in my new tires and that was AFTER I called to ask.

Got me in quickly for a necessary brake job and new tires that was significantly below other estimates in the area.

The salesman was great but not very knowledgeable. The work took longer than expected but the tires run great. My main complaint is about the manager. I believe his name was Brian. While speaking to the salesman, he repeatedly interrupted us to belittle both him and me. I signed up for easy pay and it asked for a second form of ID. The salesman asked him why and his response was "that idiot probably filled the application out wrong ". I asked him what I could have done wrong, since I know all of my personal information. He responded with "you know the little things that have a bubble next to them? They are questions. You didn't answer them correctly." I spent 3 hours getting new tires. I spent $700. I'm in several social media groups that rely on local advice for car maintenance. Each group has been notified of my experience. I will not go back and highly recommend nobody else does either.

We take our company trucks there and they do right by us every time, so taking my personal was a no brainer.

Wish I was informed better. Not open ended questions. I'm not the mechanic.

My spare tire was not attached completely and it was hanging down when I drove off and I had to tighten it myself. So half way work isn't cool

Home boy was saying like 3 to 4 things were broke and turns out it wasn't took it to another shop and fixed my car in an hour thanks for trying to make me spend money bro

My son had a flat tire in the parking lot of Aurora Community College and went to this location to get it repaired or replaced. I told him to ask the price before hand and he was quoted a price of "Around $75 installed". The tire itself was $54.99. We were billed $122. They charged him the tire pressure monitoring system charge despite the fact that tire pressure monitoring system on the car is an air pressure gauge in the console and consists of him actually checking the air pressure manually....there is no TPMS on the car. They also charged him for disposal of the old tire which he kept because it wasn't blown out it had simply gone flat....I got it plugged for $12 and it has held air for 24 hours. He asked Big O about plugging it and they told him it couldn't be plugged....he's a college student on his own for the first time so he had no idea if this was correct or not. To add insult to injury they sold him some sort of service plan or extended warranty on a tire that comes with a 40K mile manufacturers warranty! There is no way the extra warranty could cover ANYTHING that the manufacturers warranty didn't cover....unless of course they are selling tires with a manufacturers warranty which is worth less than the paper its written on....not out of the question. All told, given the various charges they owned up to the tire should have been $98......$24 less than they charged him. They obviously saw a young, naïve kid with no experience dealing with such situations and did what they undoubtedly do in such circumstances.....took advantage of a good situation. I called and was told if he came back in they would refund the difference and take off any charges that they shouldn't have charged.....which is admirable but the point is they shouldn't have over charged him in the first place! I would exercise caution trading with this store. I'm sure if you are paying attention there prices are competitive but if for whatever reason they sense a favorable set of circumstances they will exploit those circumstances to your detriment.

Went in get a flat fixed, close to $200.00, at Big O tires, lost a hub cab, sent a email stating I was unhappy, somehow got blocked, then found out that I have the tire Big O Tire replaced is bigger that the others which is ruining my other 3 tires.. making them wear faster because they're out of balance Ms. Thomas

You kept my wheel lock key and rear stem caps and have yet to return my call. It's cool though, I bought new one from another tire shop. Now they have my business instead of you. Cheers!

Nice and tidy place. Kurig need to be cleaned. I made a coffee and got sick.

I waited for 2hours for the techs to tell me it was only a battery problem and they where going to order another battery which was $270 for my Mercedes benz, then after waiting over an hour for them to go get the battery and another 30 minutes to install it they tell me it's the wrong battery and asked what would I like to do. Being pretty frustrated for waiting so long I told them to take my ticket off and I'm leaving! And now my car is running perfectly fine because it turns out all I needed was a surface cleaning of my battery, needless to say this company is only after my money and not to actually give my car what it actually needs. Also the front desk guy pressured me into giving a review and he gave him self 5 stars using my phone and email to do so when he was only supposed robbery showing me how to do it.

David was great! Was able to easily make an appointment and got my car in right away.

I spent almond 300 to get my Powe steering done and it is still messed up.

Great store, excellent customer service! And the service was done quickly, I would recommend it to everyone.
