Big O Tires

Turned me away 18mins before closing said they couldn't provide an oil change. According to them it was too late!!

I had an oil change last week and was pleased with the service and friendliness.

Too many odd bungles have happened at this store, will not be returning. Arrived for my 5:30pm appointment for oil change and to have my slow leak / tire checked. Little did I know the place was closing at 6pm. They pulled my car back out and had not checked the tire at all and the tires were rotated even though I indicated I did not want them rotated. That had already been done two weeks earlier. They pulled the car back in and switched the tires back - as far as I know. The receptionist hurriedly threw some soap on the tire and didn't find a leak, which was still there and I eventually returned and a nail was found. They quoted me on replacing the exhaust and thankfully I had it done at the dealership for $300 less. Some time before this fiasco my husband brought his vehicle in for an oil change. The tech put in three quarts too many because the dipstick wasn't seated when he did the oil change. The vehicle was driven around for a good week before we realized what was going on. No thanks, not returning.

Complete waste of time and substantial amount of money.... parts quality, workmanship, communication, follow up... Completely opposite of how a good business should be run.
