The Timberline location has been my go to location for service for many years. The guys are friendly and they get my service handled quickly. They take the time to explain what they observe while inspecting under the vehicle. no reason to go anywhere else.

Their new location on Timberline is fantastic! Nicely furnished waiting rooms, and the technicians resolved my issue immediately. At the time I virtually had almost zero wait time. I will always be a repeat customer!

Came in with a non-repairable puncture in a tire. Was told by and associate that this tire had been discontinued. When pressed on how to get my issue resolved, he finally went to his manager Dave Mackey. Dave quickly went on-line and discovered there were X140 of this tire at other Big O locations and instructed the tech to get on ordered in. Thanks to Dave's intervention, I left there very satisfied that I would be able to get my problem resolved. Had the tire delivered in two days, took my vehical in and was out again in 20 minutes. Many kudos to Dave Mackey! 👍

Had my tires rotated (Big O Tires that I have done every 5,000 mi) but was having some vibration at highway speeds so had you do an alignment along with the rotation. Went to Colorado Springs on Sunday and car ran incredibly smooth.

Checking in the vehicle early was not a problem. The front desk cop was exceptional, and very friendly and accommodating.

Product knowledge is top knotch! Recomendations are great with no pressure to buy. Its very nice to be presented the information and shown why, and not feeling pressured to buy . This is one shop a simple "no" to services recommended is respected. Love these guys! I will return!

Got in and out painlessly

Alex L. was very professional and kept me informed on other issues that need attention on my car. I feel like I was taken care of in an honest manner and never pressured into things my car didn't need. Waiting area is very nice - clean and comfortable.

Quick and friendly service

I love this location. I have been coming here since I was a college freshman and I refuse to go anywhere else. The employees are fantastic, knowledgeable, and are very friendly. They have have treated me like some stupid girl who doesnt know anything and they were always willing to explain things to me instead of just using "big words" that non-car people do not really know.

I was able to get my Saturn serviced right away, we needed the car for work. The two guys I spoke with, had great customer service and very helpful and friendly.

They've always been excellent at diagnosing the problems and helping me to determine the best approach for repairs, even when it didn't fit into my budget. The service is always friendly and I trust them whole-heartedly to educate me and make the correct repairs without a bunch of upselling or services I don't need. I especially love the new Timberline location's waiting rooms which are very upscale and comfortable... something you don't expect when you're having your car repaired.
