Big O Tires

I was very happy to get my brackes pads on a Sunday, as a walk -in..even though a had an appt the following morning.

Great service and very professional staff.

Took my car in for an oil change. Caleb was friendly and prompt. We were contacted once our car was ready for pick up. The process was great, we were in and out. We had a coupon but our car needed the high mileage oil change, so Caleb made sure a discount was placed on the account properly.

The work was done on my Jeep and when I drove away- about 10 minutes later, the lights came back on, so I drive back. Turned out a switch was fried during repairs. A new switch was ordered and I waited for that repair. Big O has never let me down. Service always over the top!

As usual with Tony and his associates at this location, the service was thorough, professional and reasonable.

Jim Evans is an awesome mechanic. We've been bringing our cars to Jim and this Big O for years. He's very considerate and explains issues very clearly. I trust his judgement completely on repair and service needs.

I came into the store expecting to purchase 4 tires as advised by the Chevrolet dealer. Andy measured my tread and informed me the tires were good for another 15,000 - 20,000 miles.

Big O Tires have always been great during our 18 years in CO. Back in 2004, they fixed a tire for me and patched it at no charge. Always professional, fair, informative and efficient way of doing business. They deserve the high marks that I give them in surveys and reviews. Regards, Joe Pascucci

I called Big O and talked to Rod about a set of new tires for my trip to the mountains with possible heavy snow predicted. The tires I wanted were not in stock but he said he will make it happen. I showed up two hours later, the time it took his delivery driver to pick up the tires across town, and I was out of there 30 minutes later. The tires, Big O A/Ts on my Suburban are awesome. Total confidence when going over Berthoud Pass in a blizzard. No slippage at all. Thanks, Rod and the Castle Pines Big O team.

On intial inspection, Stephen understood the time crunch I was in and the need to pick my kids up from school. They all made sure that I could leave in the appropriate time. It was determined that the problem was more intensive than I had suspected, so after having my car up for an alignment that couldn’t take place (needed tie rods replaced and had to file an insurance claim) they got my car back to me with no charge. Once I got the claim going, I brought the car back and they were able to get it back to me as quick as possible. Stephen kept in communication so I would know where they were in the process and was extremely helpful with explaining everything and answering my questions. Definitely would recommend this shop to others, as the customer service was above and beyond!
