Big O Tires

Rod was very knowledgeable about the tires that would best accommodate my car for the upcoming winter months. He gave me a few different options and let me pick which I thought would be best for my driving habits and my budget. It was a really great experience being in such good hands at the Castle Pines store.

Justin and the other gentlemen at this location went above and beyond for me getting me in when they really didn’t have time to do so. I ended up with a bolt in my tire losing air quickly and had no one to rely on to help drop me off and pick me up. These guys however really came through for me when I needed it and I’m truly grateful for them.

Caleb Smith was VERY helpful, polite and helped out in a very tuff situation! Tim and Eddie are very good at there job and nice people. They got me back on the road in no time. Thank you guys so much!

The front of shop staff were all very friendly. Removed a nail from my tire that other shops couldn't remove and didn't even charge me for it.

These guys are great! I didn't think the tire was repairable, but they did a great job, quickly!!

Went to great lengths to get tires I needed

I was visiting the state with my friends and unfortunately had a flat tire with our rental car. Luckily we were close to big o tires at castle pines. Derek was very friendly to us and offered to change the tire for free. The place was very clean and we were offered beverages. The other staff that we interacted with were also very nice and friendly to us. Great customer service indeed. Keep up with the good job.

As usual, Big-O was great at identifying the problem. I went in with a flat tire that turned out to not be fixable. So I bought all new tires. That was fast, but the alignment machine gets backed up.

The staff at this location was kind enough to fix a tire leak at no charge on a tire we did not purchase there! Will definitely go back!

The service rep Steven was very helpful in getting me a tire replacement same day. I was in and out in less than20 mins best service ever!

I stopped in without an appointment for tire rotation and to check the brakes. They took care of everything, and replaced my rotors (which I knew needed to be done) in a pretty short time and all is good. A great bunch of folks to work with.

Steven was so awesome. I was there at 7:30 am to drop off and he got me set up even before the place opened at 8. Your Castle Pines location has always done the best for me and my employees that bring their cars there. I miss Rod being there but glad he's been promoted!
