Always a great experience.

Russ texted us to see how our sons car was running. Russ went above and beyond to help us with our needs and to let us know what was going on with our car and how to improve its performance. He also prevented us from doing some costly and unnecessary repairs and I respect and appreciate that so much.

My daughter's car needed a new battery. We left the car late at night. They called me first thing the next morning to let us know she did need a new battery and took care of it!

I am always highly satisfied with the Castle Punes Big O. The people who work there are always pleasant and polite, they are knowledgeable and explain everything that is happening or going to happen with your vehicle. The pricing is more than fair. There is no place or anyone else who comes close to the service I receive. They are wonderful. Thanks!!

HUGE shout out to Freddo at Big O Tires!! Last week my car broke down, i happened to get it into their parking lot. This gentleman went out of his way to help me top off my coolant and bleed the bubble out of my lines, and I wasn't even a paying customer! He also let me utilize their parking lot until I could get help to come. I want everyone to know how incredible the people that work at this location are, and I will always be grateful for the kindness displayed to me that day! Thank you Freddo!

They were able to get me right in the next day. They had all the information ready for my new breaks. They are so friendly even when they called to tell me it was ready. Even asked how my work day was going.

I read about the excellent service at Big O on the Nextdoor app. It said that Big O did more than just tires. So I brought my daughters car in a few months ago for an oil change and some minor adjustments. They were right. Big O did an excellent job on her car. Just today I had a tire going flat, and was determined to make it to Big O for assistance. Fortunately I made it. They did, once again, an excellent job with professional service. I'm going to make Big O my go to place from now on for all my car's needs.

Mainly Adrian, my sales associate. Not only did he help me again this time, but prior to this, he showed me wear on my other tires, and one of them blew and sent me back just as he warned. Enthusiastic. Cheerful. And a hard worker. I wish I had a position with one of my companies! Well, and then, of course the timeliness and quality products of the store itself!
