They were able to get my car in without an appointment. Love it when i don't have to make an appointment. AND they finished in a timely manner.

The reason I bought from them instead of the dealer is that they have provided great service, even on tires that I did not buy from them. Thus, I have complete confidence that they will do a stand up job for me.

I can't recommend this location of NTB highly enough. I have been there twice in the past two months: once for a nail in my tire, and once for a dead battery on another car. Both times, Lisa Marie was in the office. Her customer service skills are amazing. She handles stressed out car owners with such class and professionalism. When our battery died in the ALDI parking lot (convenient!), the manager came over and tested our battery, then we got a new battery and were driving home so quickly I could hardly believe it. Our groceries were still fresh. I also didn't realize that NTB does more than tires -- they do most things a garage does. I'll definitely be taking my business there in the future.
