The service and technicians were great. I was not pleased with the fact that I was told my only options were to either buy a full set of tires, or nothing at all. I came in to fix/replace a single tire, but was told that I could not only buy one tire, or even just replace the front two. The other three tires were in very good condition still, and I ended up taking them with me. This "policy" is ridiculous and I do NOT intend to continue shopping with you.

I was actually really disappointed! I came in on 1/29/2020 for new starter, new battery, and a replacement Serpentine Belt. The belt was making a very loud & squealing noise! Starter - Great Battery-Great Belt - Replaced, but making an even louder noise! Came back on 2/5/2020, and $247.63 later, the noise was gone! Not Good! Should have been taken care of the 1st visit!

My headlight went out on my Fiat and they were able to replace the bulb right away.

Made an appointment and then offered a free alignment check, asked how long it would be and was told 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour I saw my vehicle was parked in the same spot. I went to the counter and was told the tire rotation and oil change was complete, the were going to pull it in for the alignment check. After 3 hours my car was ready. Very disappointed and will not return to this location.

Having snow tires removed and summer tires put back on. Sean was entirely willing to have the team try to pull dent out of front left fender. Did not work, but attempt was made. Gave me an online referral source for car parts if needed. The extra effort was greatly appreciated. I trust all my vehicles, and their maintenance beyond tires, to this shop and the associates employed here.

My appt was 9:00am, at 10:00am asked if my car was ready. He said they were running behind and they would get it in right away. I had my brake fluid flushed and it was 11:00am when it was complete. I was and still am unhappy with the service.

Will continue to use. Never any problem scheduling a timely service appointment. Pretty fast with oil changes.

I came here to put my summer Tires on my Subaru WRX. When I got it back, the wheels were scratched, tires thrown sloppily into the back of my car (on top of my subwoofer) and they didn't inflate my tires hardly at all. (They were at 21psi, they should be at 36 for these specific tires).

I came in to repair a flat tire, but 2 of my tires (flat included) was basically bald, which I hadn't even noticed. I totally agree and could plainly see that 2 new tires were needed. The thing that bothered me and definitely my husband was how my options were not given to me. I came in by myself and the gentleman that helped me didn't explain that I had options. He simply said that he would need to order the tires. He didn't present me with any other options, therefore, I didn't realize I had any. Had I been presented with the different tire options I would not have chosen such expensive tires. My husband was very upset and felt that I was taken advantage of. Knowing all the information now, I feel that way as well. Please don't decide for the customer what they want. Terrible way to do business. I don't typically write negative write negative reviews, but you sent a request for a review.

My advice to others about NTB - Don't book appointments online. Customer service was great once on-site. Service personnel exceptionally helpful. Internet appointments are a serious problem and the sole reason for low overall rating. Apparently, the system allows more online appointments to be made than available staff can handle. This should be fixed or NTB should not offer online appointments. Again, no issue with service personnel on-site. Internet appointment over-booking is the problem!

Recently I have bought all my tires at Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy because they air my tires, rotate and fix flats free. Treat customers right on the small things and they will come back for the big ticket items.

2nd time in a row they messed up my oil change and I ended up having to go back within 24 hours with an oil leak. It caused my husband to be late for his own birthday party because he had to bring it back in. Things have really changed and gone downhill since Caleb left. We won't be going back.

Waste of time for repairs.if you want tires you get them same hr or day.i tried alignment and repair.they put it out too far .went somewhere else.3rd time I've been there lately .needed flat fixed nail in tire on truck .tomorrow or leave it .its my work truck.it moves I make $.if not .not good .I've been a customer 15 yrs .time to go somewhere else .

I referred a friend to Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy for an oil change & tire rotation. Not surprisingly, he had exceptional service. You just can't find better service or prices anywhere. They will "shop" pricing to make sure you are getting the best deal. The mechanics are top notch, I've NEVER had a problem with any service done there. Lastly, the overall attitude is "what can I do for you today?" As a single mom I am grateful Big O has a network of employees I can count on & trust.

I arrived to pick up my car the morning after a repair.I had several questions regarding the part that was replaced, the typical lifespan of this part, and the warranty.This exact part I had just spend $250 to have replaced 2 years prior at this Big O and I was concerned as to why it would fail again in such a short time.The technician seemed annoyed by my questions and was not able to tell me what the warranty was.He said he would look it up and call me back later in the day but never did.He was very grumpy and seemed very irritated with me even though my questions and concerns were quite valid.Not sure I'm going to be going back here anymore because this attitude towards me and my wife is becoming more and more common with each service we do here.We are paying a lot of money to get our cars serviced at this shop and a little friendly customer service shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I would like very much to thank Rod and his team for helping me and my family deal with an issue that arose after a tire installation at his shop. I called with a complaint around the safety for us and our new baby. Rod was more than courteous, helpful and kind in his manner of dealing with the problem. I brought the car back and Rod had the issue resolved, which was far over the normal ask of any tire service store. THANK YOU to Rod and the staff of Big O Tires, Castle Pines. I will recommend you highly from this point forward. My family and I are in your debt.
