Big O Tires

I referred a friend to Big O on Castle Pines Pkwy for an oil change & tire rotation. Not surprisingly, he had exceptional service. You just can't find better service or prices anywhere. They will "shop" pricing to make sure you are getting the best deal. The mechanics are top notch, I've NEVER had a problem with any service done there. Lastly, the overall attitude is "what can I do for you today?" As a single mom I am grateful Big O has a network of employees I can count on & trust.

I would like very much to thank Rod and his team for helping me and my family deal with an issue that arose after a tire installation at his shop. I called with a complaint around the safety for us and our new baby. Rod was more than courteous, helpful and kind in his manner of dealing with the problem. Problem solved

I purchased new tires for my Mazda CX-5 and also changed from winter to summer tires on my other car, a Hyundai Sonata. Both services were done with high quality and in the timeframe promised. I took the recommended tires, the Michelin, and am extremely happy with the choice. They are good people to do business with.

Friendly, efficient, professional service. However, the attempt to apply and use the latest Big O credit card for purchase was a dismal, stressful, frustrating failure. Something corporate needs to correct.

Best in class customer service when I had a slow leading tire. Quickly repaired it...service representatives are very helpful. Will remain a loyal customer.

They matched the online price for the discontinued tires they had online that we ordered to the ones we actually received.

The store had been redone since I was last there; everything was neat, and there were two areas where customers could either read or watch TV. Associates were friendly, and the work was done much quicker than I anticipated.

Worked with Timothy on a car that will be going away in the next 6 months or so. At first I didn't want to use Big O because I thought I could get a better price somewhere else. As circumstances worked out I had to go to Big O as that took two fat nails in the front and I didn't feel comfortable driving the extra distance to someplace else. Tim listened to me and when I told him I just wanted something that would be black, round, and hold air he said he could order in something less expensive seeing how im getting rid of the car anyways. He even went and picked them up for me as i needed tgem done that day. So this morning I popped in to get an alignment done and asked for a brake check. I have another mechanic for the car, but he's an uppity sort that doesn't work well with me. I think I might just use you guys for all my basic maintenance now. Thanks!

I just had Andy and the guys replace my suspension and not only did they complete the work quickly, but the car handles and drives like it's brand new. I'm glad we have a local shop that can cover my needs.
