Best in town.

I went in for an oil change, got to me in about 15 minutes instead of 45. Had fresh coffee.

Mike and team are always great and take care of me when I have any issues. The warranty program and road hazard warranty BIGOTIRE has is top notch. I know riding on big o tires I will always be taken care of and treated with professionalism. Highly recommend going to see Mike. Thank you

I have always been satisfied with the service at this store!

I have been a customer of the Big O on Highway 6&50 for many years. I buy my tires there, but also use it for oil changes and routine maintenance. I have found that they are honest, will give me the truth, but not pressure me to get unnecessary or non-urgent repairs.

There was only one service coordinator managing the customers, and although you could see he was short-staffed and it was hectic - he was positive and helpful to everyone! Nicely done!

Some of your questions require qualifications, i.e. when employees are busy helping customers inside, they can't greet you on the outside. After all, it is a dirty business and the waiting room will never look like one you would see at a hospital. Because I am a repeat customer, I have been offered some of the services mentioned above.

Thanks Matt, Will, and Tommy in the service center for always taking good care of me. They're always honest, respectful and upfront with me and treat me like family. They don't do the normal politics of auto repair shops, no BS, they just tell it how it is and always make sure that at the end of the day I'm being taken care of. I never have to wait long for my car, and in fact my car always gets back to me before expected. They work hard and are have excellent customer service. It never feels like I'm getting my car taken care of, it feels like I'm being taken care of. I won't trust anyone else with my car. They're the reason I trust and recommend Big O wholeheartedly. I went to this Big O after I had a terrible experience with the other one in town. They fixed my tire (which was supposed to be fixed by the other one) in 15 minutes. The other store took an hour and the tire still leaked. They fixed it for free as well!
