We were on vacation and had a screw in one of our tires. The Big O Team in Frisco, CO was able to get us in first thing in the morning. Then it only took them 1 hour to get it patched and we were on our way! A very good experience!

Glad to see Dennis is back

I came in with a slow leak in my front tire while heading back to Fort Collins from Breckenridge. I called ahead to see if they could get me in and they said it was first come first serve and could be an hour wait. When I got there, they got my car right in and fixed the hole in my tire in less than an hour. They were clearly busy but were still very quick. I thought the staff was great - professional and friendly. I hope I don’t have to come back to this Big O since I don’t live near Frisco but would definitely come back if needed. Thank you!

I am investigating if the analysis of the tie rod needing replacement is fact or not. I will follow up once I hear back from second opinion at dealer. Thank you for notification.

The Associate who assisted me demonstrated both knowledge of the product needed for my vehicle and could explain why I did not need to also purchase a second tire. The servicing was completed in a timeframe consistent to what was stated and I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes.
