Listen, I'll keep this quick. Dennis usually does a very good job at taking care of me. I've been using this location for about 15 years as I live in Breckenridge. If Dennis is not around, the service here can be hit or miss. But Dennis does a good job at being up front about costs, wait times, service needs, etc. Keep that guy around as good front line service people are hard to find. Nice job yesterday with getting me in and out!

Big O had the tires I needed in stock. Their service was within the time they estimated and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. My only beef: they did not record my mileage and then placed a figure on the receipt that was 1,300 miles understated.

Denis Cervantes provided an excellent customer service. I'll gladly come back because of him.
