Everyone at this store is great. Everyone there puts up with a lot of 'local customer' attitudes and complaints in stride. Our experiences there over the past 14+ years have always been great...this is not to say everything goes perfectly but everyone there seems willing to make things right.

The folks at the front desk were confronted with 30-40 people needing service (winter came early), yet they remained patient, courteous, professional, efficient, helpful and even kind -- and they worked terribly hard without a break.

Fast service, took me on a walk in and my tire was repaired within an hour.

On this particular morning, the line to check in was 30 people long 30 minutes before you even opened, but the team greeted everyone with a lot of patience and worked diligently to get my car back to me.

Towed there by AAA who said they couldn't take my wheel off. Big O quickly put on my spare and sent me on my way. Great people and service.

This Big O store is up in the Rockies in ski country. I dropped my truck off to get snow tires put on about three days before the snow really started falling for the year and they were absolutely swamped. They open at 7 and at 6:30 am there was a line outside the door waiting, absolutely swamped. When I picked up my truck at closing time, they were still swamped. Everyone in Summit County was getting snow tires this week. Even though they were very busy, the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They all smiled and greeted the customers, even when they had to be getting pretty run down by the end of the day. My tires were correct and they were well balanced (I have had to have tires re balanced before when getting tires from other places. I don't usually fill these things out, but I know how hard it is to hire decent help in Summit County. If anyone reads this that has any pull, you really should give that staff in Friso a pat on the back. While I was in line to pick up my vehicle, the lady a few people in front of me had some issue that she was upset about (It sounded like she was at fault but didn't realize or admit it). The guy at the counter, Denis, talked her through her issue and calmed her down and sorted out her problem, without ever rolling his eyes or muttering under his breath or any of the bad customer service practices we all see in the world at the end of a long day. He sorted her out with a friendly attitude and kept working through the line of customers, treating each one like he was glad to see them and wanted to make sure they were taken care of. This will be my fourth winter up here and we have a terrible labor pool. It is transient, lazy, and housing is very expensive. You guys have some good help at the Frisco store.

Big O had the tires I needed in stock. Their service was within the time they estimated and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. My only beef: they did not record my mileage and then placed a figure on the receipt that was 1,300 miles understated.

Did exactly what they were supposed to do.
