Big O Tires

I was on a roadtrip in Western Colorado and noticed I needed new tires. I stopped at the nearest tire store, that happed to be in Montrose. They only had three tires, so they sent me up to Delta Everybody in Delta did a great job. While putting new tires on my 5th wheel, they noticed one of my bearings was bad and gave me a name of someone in Grand Junction that could fix it. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, to get the bearings fixed. I'm happy your crew noticed the issue, as who knows where I'd had finally broken down at. Probably in the middle of nowhere. That's usually my luck.

We were on our way out of town for a camp trip and one of our brakes started smoking. We turned around and drove back to Big O Tire to see if there was any way they could help us. Frank in customer service was fantastic and the mechanics got us back on the road in no time. We can't thank you enough.

Big O in Delta has been my "go to" place for all things tire related since we moved back to the area 8 years ago. Consistently, they have great sales, and have rapid delivery systems when tires are ordered. Twice a year, I get my snow tires on/off, and they are able to get to me within a reasonable time, which speaks to the efficiency of their overall store. When a rack is not available for a time, they let me know and I can plan to come back later. The other day, while waiting on the tire switchout, I observed the staff doing a great job of explaining options on tire purchases. They gently pointed out the price difference between a 25K tire and a 70K tire, and yet when the customer clearly could not afford a higher price, they did not pressure or hard upsell. I will continue to patronize Big O Tires in Delta.

I appreciated that the technician explained the issues and adjustments he made quickly and accurately using a computer printout, the manager answered several questions easily and came up with the winning service solution. Great job all around. Even the bathroom was clean.

The last time I bought tires at Big O, I was told that I would get 80,000 miles out of my tires, by a service manager who is not longer with Big O, and only got 40,000 miles. This time, I told the new service manager what happened when they said I needed new tires, and was given a generous discount on my new tires and a more realistic expectation of the life of the tires and kept my business with Big O, thank you!
