We absolutely love Rick and his crew over at Big O Tires! They are all amazing and they take very good care of our personal and company vehicles. I never feel like they are trying to upsell my services I don't need. I highly recommend using them for any of your car repairs! They aren't just a tire shop!!

Getting my appointment was easy. Check-in was as smooth as can be and then when the analysis was completed, multiple options were discussed. I was really surprised on how quickly the job was completed, on time and at the price we discussed.

They fixed a hole in our tire that blew out on our way home from a short vacation & didn't charge us! The service was quick & professional.

The associate was honest in his recommendation and before upselling me a new set of tires, he recommended to take the screw embedded in the tire with the hope that no damage was present. there was no damage. I could've gone home with zero charge but instead I brought my other truck to get some work done in appreciation for his honesty.

My Big O Tires experiences have been amazing. We've brought our cars here for years and they always give such great service. We replaced an engine during the covid years and due to some faulty engines that were sold by dishonest parties during that crazy time and 2 engines later, they went above and beyond to make it right. Matt is an awesome tech and we appreciate his work so much. All the staff and techs was very kind and helpful and we truly felt cared for through the whole experience. In a situation that was stressful they showed true character and professionalism and I have 100% confidence and trust in them. We are so grateful for them!
