The staff at Big O Tires was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech had just clocked out but offered to stay longer in order to work on my truck. The manager clocked the tech back in and he began working on my vehicle. I came in for a faulty tire sensor and the tech spent the necessary time to figure out which sensor was bad by performing several different tests and trials. Once he determined the issue he quickly replaced the faulty sensor and had me on my way late on a Friday afternoon. Extremely happy with my experience at Big O. Sincerely, Todd Kyle Littleton, CO

Had a problem with my tire pressure indicator and needed a rotation too. Called and got in for service within 2 hours. Very hapy to be able to feel safe and know all was well.

I live in Colorado Springs, but work in Denver. I had a slow leak in my tire and I was working in Highland Ranch and a saw a Big O and pulled in. The staff was friendly and I was in and out and back to work quickly.

Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my tire. He also had many solutions and bent over backwards to help me out. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back with any future tire and suspension needs.

The workers within the Big O Tires knew what they were doing and let me know how long things were going to take and very nice and had warm greeting when I walked into the store. When fixing the problem I had it was done quick and in efficient manner diffidently will continue my car service needs at this Big O Tires.
