Jeff, you have a good crew at the HR location. For the longest time we used to go to the University store with our vehicles. You will be seeing our 3 cars on a regular basis for servicing.

The actual visit was what I expected, but the helpfulness and kindness of the people was great. A special callout for (I believe) the Mgr as he was very engaging, kind and even when I came back a couple of days later for this help in re-latching my glove compartment, he actually went out to fix it himself!

Great place

The communication was great, someone communicated me I had to go the store for tire rotation. I am really satisfied with this, because it shows for Big o tires, the costumer satisfaction is first.
