Nice to see a business that does indeed care about the customer.

My experience was great. There was a problem with some tie rods that wasn't letting my truck get an alignment. The parts were fast to get to the location and my guy Justin took $50 off my bill. Just that little bit really helps.

Peyton, CO is literally out of my way. 30 + min. All the business I have in CO is in the south and north CO Springs. I contacted Big O seeking some advice for my 35"� tires I purchased. David assured me that his crew would have no issue with my problem and he would be able to help. His confidence along with his crew is the reason I drove out to this location in Falcon, CO. I am very pleased and appreciative for the work they put into my truck. I'll be back! Thanks again gentleman.

Blowout on big rv on Sat afternoon. The people at Big O were able to get the tires ordered and had them ready to go on Monday morning. Great deal, same as I would have paid at home. Thanks for the help.

My vehicle was damaged by the place I normally get my tires and I woke to a flat tire so I went into our new Big O in Falcon and I have never had the customer service I received here. I love being greeted, they were above pleasant and helpful!! I also really felt safe as I can see my vehicle the whole time they are working on it, no more things to happen that I will notice when I get home. They have a new customer. Thank You all, for the fantastic experience and fix of my tire!!

I went in for to purchase 4 tires and have my oil changed. During the alignment the service person found that I needed additional work done. They were able to get the parts quickly and completed the whole service needed. They explained the function of the vehicle and the need for the parts so thoroughly that I was at ease in having the needed service done right away. I have been going to this Big O in Falcon, Co for 3 years now and would not go anywhere else. Also have recommended them to many people. It is nice to just to sit there working on my lap top as I watch them work thru the bay window into the garage are. So glad to have this Big O as my place I can trust.

I being going to big o tires for over 15+ years. I love the service I get from Dave, Scott, Kevin and all the others. Looking forward doing more business with them in the furture.

I called several other suspension and lift stores around Colorado Springs, to include a Toyota dealership, and I was disappointed to find they all basically offered very expensive kits not tailored to my interests or didn't have much, if any, suspension/lift expertise. I finally called the Big O store in Falcon and it was an immediate and obvious difference in customer service. I told the guy who helped me what I was looking for and he said to give him an hour and he'd call me back with some options. True to his word, he called me back and walked me through all options that fit my request. He was the most knowledgeable customer service representative that I'd ever met. He even offered up areas where I could save money. He gave me a estimate, based on his experience. Then, I added 4 larger tires to the purchase. This part is important because I actually ended up only paying $200 more than the original estimate (which didn't include tires). Sounds impossible, but they had actually run some analysis and testing and found I didn't need a specific part for the lift. That part, with labor, would have costed me at least another $900. I happily paid the bill, hopped in my vehicle and took my son for the best ride we've ever had since I purchased the vehicle three years ago. This store is head and shoulders above them all.

Scott and Justin did a great job and had very good attitudes.

Ed is very courteous, professional and prompt. He took extra time to give me several options for an expensive repair, and had great communication with me during the repair
