Big O Tires

Got a flat tire on our way to a wedding. With only one hour to spare they changed our tire and had us out the door in no time. Philip and team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! Thank you.

The customer service was amazing. I scheduled online but for some reason the appointment didn’t show up on the computer. They were able to fit me in and take care of my needs anyways.

Jacob was wonderful in helping me pick tires for my car and get set up with an appointment quickly and conveniently. I called with very little knowledge about tires, and he answered all my questions and helped me make a choice I felt good about based on my car usage as well as the value I was hoping for in a set of tires. I called back a few times with additional questions before making my decision, and he thoroughly explained my options and did not pressure me into spending more money than I was comfortable with. I felt confident that I was in good hands and that I could trust the work. I'll definitely be going back when I need additional work on my car!

Satisfied with the results, my vehicle had a few issues with getting the repair done and the Big O staff did their best to fix the issues. Their due diligence to solve the repair to my 100% satisfaction was greatly appreciated. This Big O facility is my go to shop my vehicles.

They put new tires and did alignment. As soon I drove home the car tire light came on flashing. Will try go back to o tires this week have them fix it.

My associate was very helpful and explained any of the findings etc. I have a leaking shock that I was told about which I would not have known They have a lifetime warranty so I'll be taking it back to the place I have do it. But it was good to have everything checked out so I knew.

Provided an experience and feedback with additional concerns supporting safety and vehicle readiness. Although told service would take approximately 45 min to an hour with a scheduled appointment, my time waiting was well over an hour in which delayed my schedule.

A very busy location, but, I was helped quickly. I explained what I needed and Jessica took action quickly. CHSE provided the service to my vehicle. On the front desk Ed and Scott answered my inquiries and I am please with the whole team effort to help myself and each new customer that came in for work om their car.

I asked them to check on a piping sou d I hear from the front right tire when I take a hard turn in either direction. It is still there after getting the truck back

Honest place. I had new tires installed recently and wanted a front end alignment done to ensure the tires would wear evenly. They told me the alignment was fine so no charge for that. I also had them check balance on my tires and they told me 2 of my new tires were taking to much weight to balance and suggested I go back to where I bought the tires. Good advice and I now have different new tires.

The employees were friendly and knowledgable. I appreciated the comfortable waiting room with wifi, beverages, and a viewing window of the work area. After agreeing to purchase a set of 4 tires for just over $1,000, I was set back that I had to pay an additional $69 for the allignment. I know that an allignment is important, but my prior experience with Meinecke gave a complimentary allignment with the purchase of a set of tires. Also, it would have been nice if my tires and wheels were wiped clean of the white liquid used during installation which made the job look messy. I am happy with the performance and ride so far, but not sure I would return because of these complaints.
