We cannot say enough GREAT things about Big O in Falcon. ALWAYS incredibly kind and courteous and they instantly helped when we unannounced dropped in with an issue and the resolved it well and very timely, as well as very reasonable on price. I honestly believe they do NOT want to try to screw anyone over. GREAT place

Had a slow leak, Dropped truck off. Justin gave ride to store. Justin picked me up. Tech found nail, removed and repaired tire. No charge.

I was told my wiper blade needs to be replaced and they did replace it but charges me a lot more than a standard pair cost at Asvamce auto or Sams , everywhere is it standard cost of $20 per pair installed and. They charged me $30 which was I think Ripp off

My husband is not able to service our Truck and the men are alway very helpful explaining everything and help with what needs to be taken care next or at what time base on the mileage. Always helpful all of them.

I did have a concern. I brought my truck in for tires, and got the alignment check. then went back the next morning for the actual alignment. however, the before specs for alignment were very different on each day. it raises concerns either about faking results, or the machines accuracy. your thoughts?

website wasn't very helpful and no pricing on rims. picked tires online per online description that the sales agent later said was inaccurate(appreciate his honesty). appointment got canceled due to overlap. had the agent order the recommended tires for me and make a new appointment. got into the store for my appointment and agent could not find it(luckily tires i ordered were there). had two techs go over the alignment results with me(better than none i guess, appreciate the effort). asked for a quote on brakes and they printed it up for me and put it in the envelope(would have gone over it with the customer). granted my appointment was at the end of the day, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion and personnel turnover. i realize it's a new store and growing pains etc... second time i've been there since you opened, first experience the total was not what was quoted on the phone. good luck!

I had brought in a company vehicle and intended on paying for the services with the company fleet card. I came INTO the shop to schedule the appointment for the following week. I asked the associate if Big O Tire accepted the WEX card and I was told by associate Justin that he believed as it had a number on it. When I dropped the vehicle off that following Monday morning (the associate was also Justin at this time) I asked AGAIN to clarify and was presented with the same SMART ALECK answer of it has a number on it right then yes we should. Well you DO NOT accept the WEX card and caused a VERY embarrassing situation for me when the associate asked me "well you have another way to pay for it right" I explained to him NO this is a company Fleet card and I was told TWICE that you accepted it and leaving me with no way to pay for the work and making me look bad to my boss because I was given incorrect information by one of YOUR employees.

Ed Bowen and Justin Bowen know their business. They discussed new tires for me and decided that based on the amount of miles I put on the car, I could wait until after the winter but that I needed to get new tires at that time. The issues that brought me into Big O do not exist anymore and so I'm thrilled with the service, the attention, and the pricing very much.

I've had good past experience at Big O-recently bought about 1500 in tires and services. This was an unusual service. Dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation-said I would be back in a few hours. Received a call within 10 minutes-I missed it-was in AutoZone returning a core but called right back. Was on hold for 5 minutes-was told that this would be the last rotation since the front tires were worn-also the serpentine belt had cracks in it (impossible, since the core was from a new alternator and serpentine belt replacement from several days before.) Was surprised that the car was ready for pick-up. We returned to pick it up-car had not been touched! Apparently a miscommunication on a different car. But the bottom-line is all I had done was an oil change-I rotated the tires myself. Pretty strange, unsatisfactory visit. I have 6 cars at my ranch, tractor, ATV, golf cart, trailers and two mechanics in the family. It would be nice to have a reliable service center close by. OBTW, my oil change reminder was not reset. Little things matter....

Scott was awesome and explained everything in a layman terms regarding what I needed and why I needed it. They were very accommodating in getting my needs met such as needing a ride home and pick up when my vehicle was done. Everyone was great and I appreciated their insight and explanations.

Getting up selled on things that I don't really need. Got my tires replaced and told me I needed new TPMS sensors in my tires. Had to leave and next day got my TPMS sensor calibrated without issue at a different store. Lost my trust in any recommendations they provided.
