Big O Tires

I had a 9 am appt, was told the car would be done by noon. At 2pm I had not heard from them yet, called to get status, was told my car needed a special transmission fluid they didn't have in stock but was expecting delivery within the hour and that it would be done by closing and they would call when completed. Got a text instead. Would have appreciated a courtesy call to inform me of the delay to ensure the delay was not an inconvenience to me since it was past the time I was told it would take. I had to call them instead. I've heard good things about this store and was water to get good service and was disappointed.

The young man who helped me, Justin, I believe was friendly, knowledge and very polite. Excellent customer service skills!

I purchased new tires for my dually recently and had an alignment done at the same time. Barely 100 miles later the alignment of the steering wheel and tires was very off. I called the store and they got the truck in to see what was going on. Apparently they hadn't tightened a few bolts properly which caused the problem. It's aggravating as a customer and makes me second guess any work being done to my vehicles at this location.

Went for front control arm bushing replacement on my BMW, well observing mechanic replacing bushings he proceeded to disconnect front ball joints on both control arms, after asking to go back if I could see what he was doing in the shop I simply explained to him he did not need to remove ball joints but simply take off the under skid plate to get to the bushings, which he said he couldn't because it was attached to the motor mounts and would have to lift the motor. While I was there he double checked and seen that there were bolts that can be removed to take off skid plate to give him easy access to the bushings, although he had already disconnect ball joints on both sides. The bushings were replaced the control arms were put back on to the ball joints and I also had an alignment done, I just hope I don't have issues with the ball joints or the control arm in the near future the fact of the matter is they did not need to use a hammer or use a pneumatic hammer to remove the control arm from the ball joints. This repair cost me $492.00. This is the second time I have been to this Big O tire shop, I purchased four new tires about a month and half ago.

First of all, I love that Big O supports teachers as I used their teacher appreciation complimentary service for my vehicle. They were friendly, kind and communicated with me during the entire oil change/inspection. They printed out everything they went over with me and answered every question I had. They have definitely gained a loyal customer with me after this appointment.

The rep on the phone told me that my car badly needed an alignment when I looked at the alignment report everything wasn't draining within tolerance of course this was already after they had performed what they said was an alignment and charged me for it. They said I needed new tires Even though they were only at 50% wear so I spent $700 on new tires I asked them to save me two of the tires in case of a flat upon picking up my car they said the tires are buried too deep and they would get them at the end of the day and pick them up the next morning. It's now the next morning and I'm told oh sorry the tire guy already picked them up nothing we can do for you. I can't help but feel I've been scammed and I will not be doing business with Big O tires again.I can't help but feel I've been scammed and I will not be doing business with big O tires again aren't either of my three vehicles. i was in the process of getting new wheels and tires for my new f150.

Did a good job

I was kicked out of an appointment and was forced to reschedule an alignment. The subsequent alignment with all new tie rod ends is worse than it was when I was told to get new tie rod ends. Got warning ticket from a state trooper for failing to stay in lane minutes after getting my alignment done. I keep trying to give this business my support but I am not happy at all with this service.

Had my oil changed here the first time. The next day I had a puddle of oil in my garage. When I went back I was told "we're pretty busy but we'll try to get you in"�. I was told that the oil gasket "failed"�. I wonder why it failed right after they changed my oil.

I recently drove to Vail, Colorado and was concerned about my brakes after going through Eisenhower Tunnel twice. The folks at Falcon Big O were caring, understanding, and clearly explained that the brakes were fine but that I needed an alignment and it was a good idea to have the tires rotated. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything went extremely well and very satisfied with the staff and services, thanks.

Everybody is GREAT at this location.

Justin and Ed have always been great. We take all four of our vehicles there and they are honest and up front with what we need and don’t need. Very happy with the service!
