I consistently receive great service at the Falcon, CO Big O. They always do good work at reasonable prices. I can trust what they tell me needs to be done, as sometimes it is work that they cannot do. I continue to be very happy to be a customer of Big O.

Good experience

I just left the Falcon facility with 4 brand new tires and a much needed alignment! Pablo is a true customer service professional. He greeted me and kept me abreast of the entire process. Eddie was great, he removed my tires and also advised how he was involved in the process. I just can't say enough about how I was treated by all involved. I will never go anywhere else but BIG "O"!!

Respectful and accommodating staff

This is our third visit to Big O in Falcon and we are very happy with our experiences. Justin, Pablo, Randy and Chris were awesome, including the young lady I talk to on the phone a couple of times. Can't recall her name at the moment, but everyone was polite and very knowledgeable. Great staff!

The only issue was, it took almost two hours to get the oil change, even with an appointment, everything else was great

Tho, they didn't meet me at my truck due to they were busy. But service was outstanding. I recently did some front end work to my truck. Needed alignment afterwards. They fixed my alignment and went back and fixed everything else that I thought was torqued down in the front end. She rides better than before. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

After having an awful experience at Walmart's auto department last year, I can say the Big O Tire In Falcon did a complete 180 with my tire buying experience. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. They came in an explained everything to me in a way I would understand. They are now my go to for all things tire related!
