Busy place especially on Saturdays. But still got us in and got our SUV new tires and alignment out the door by closing when we came in on a busy early Saturday afternoon.

I called at 2:00 p.m to ask if I could come in to have a flat tire checked. The associate told me to come in and promised to take care of me on a walk-in basis. He checked the tire and found it was damaged beyond repair and replaced the tire in a very timely basis with a helpful friendly attitue.

The customer service was fantastic. We brought tires to get mounted and balanced. The guy at the desk when we got there (I think his name was Cameron, blonde hair) was super friendly. The guy who brought our tires out to my truck was the cherry on top. My daughter who's 3 really wanted to help and roll the tire. The guy let her roll a tire to the truck and even involved her in getting the tires in the bed of the truck. He was so sweet to her and made her like a huge help. It made her day thank you!

They were welcoming, timely and kept me up dated on any additional problems found with my pathfinder. It all started with a flat tire after work when I was up in Greeley. I went to the Big O Tires up in greeley, off 34. They couldn't replace the tire but changed my tire to the spare fast and got me on my way home to Peyton, 120 miles away. Everyone at both Big O Tires were great. The Falcon one was even able to drop me at home and pick my up while I had quite a lot of things done on my pathfinder.

I wish they would of offer me a free alignment had a tire rotation. All in all very good service. Thanks

I brought my tire off of my car for a repair due to a nail. I appreciate the peace of mind I recieved when I purchased the tires from you guys. I've never been disappointed with Big O. Thank you! Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and it was done very quickly considering it was a busy day and I just walked in.

It was -22 F and my daughters Subaru started to leak oil and coolant due to the bitterly cold weather. I noticed this on Sunday. On MLK day I called Big O Falcon and they were able to get my car for an inspection. They found the issues (oil filter housing was leaking and a cracked thermostat housing. They also noticed the wheels were out of alignment due to my daughter hitting several pot holes. Although they couldn’t complete all repairs until the following morning due to a delay in getting a part, all repairs were made and my daughter was able to return to university and not miss any classes. This was very much a last minute set of problems and Big O came through for me, thank you.

I give everything five stars it's a great place to go. I definitely want to thank you guys for opening in Falcon it's a lot better than driving all the way in town.
