Big O Tires

I had an emergency with one of my tires and they were able to fit me in their schedule last minute. They even offered to stay a little later when I wasn't sure I would be back before they closed to pick up my car. Quick, friendly and convenient location.

The techs that worked on my car were great!

The first time I came to this store it had newly opened. I read reviews online and they were outstanding reviews. My tires were worn and I needed new tires, especially since it was snowing! I always loathe going into mechanic/tire shops because I know they are all salesman and only care about your money and not your well being. However, every time I have come here I have felt the complete opposite to my surprise! When I went in to find out my tire options on April 8th, 2019, David calmly and clearly walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. He was willing to print out as many quotes as I wanted and even let me call some other important people in my life for questions and advice, and even offered to talk to them. I researched the different tire options and prices and Big O has competitive prices for tires. What makes them different is that they charge different for labor. When I saw the quote, I went to the Costco website and showed David the quote on how much Costco would charge for labor and he was willing to price match! As he found out my concerns for driving in the snow, he warmly recommended good tires for my vehicle that will last a long time and be the best deal in the long run for me. He did offer me to save money by signing up for the credit card but I declined. I also informed him of an alignment package I had bought at a different location and he said no problem and called that store to confirm and then put the credit on my invoice. He walked me through how the process would work, what is included in my purchase like free tire rotation, and how the warranty works. During the alignment they noticed that my car did not have a specific part that they needed to finish the alignment. David came into the waiting room and talked with me about what this means, and how much it would cost and made sure it was okay to install the part. David spent a long time talking with me and I felt very informed which I really appreciated. He quoted me on how long it would take and it took exactly that long! The waiting room is cozy and the window into the service room is great. It is awesome that coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water is provided while you are waiting. It is even nice that they have a TV playing and magazines as well as coloring books for kids. When the service is done they always politely call me in the waiting room. The next time I went in was on July 1st, 2019 for an oil change and tire rotation. Cameron helped me out and he was very quick to get me in the queue and quoted me a wait time that I waited exactly. He was quick to check me out and give me a printout of the services. The price of the oil change is a little higher than other places but it is still a competitive price. The next time I came in was October 19th, 2019. Scott helped me out and he was very polite and friendly. He put me quickly into the queue and told me exactly how many cars were ahead of me at the tire station for rotation and the alignment station for my alignment, and quoted me a wait time that I waited exactly. He explained to me my paperwork and what they did on the alignment. However when I watched them from the waiting room I noticed that they did not fill my tires up with air like they do every time, and when I looked on the screen in my car they air levels were not all the same. I was a little disappointed by this as every other time they have filled up my tires and they all read they same pressure. On my most recent visit on February 4th, 2020, I was helped by Scott again who had great customer service. He quickly put me into the queue and quoted me 45 minutes to an hour. I sat in the waiting room and watched them immediately pull in my car and immediately start the tire rotation. 20 minutes later Scott came into the waiting room and told me I was all done! He gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. Usually they print out the services for you, and I like to see the miles printed on there so I know when the next

Came in to get my car aligned , also got my coolant system flushed.

I have always shopped around for the the better deals and, over the course of the last year or so, I have come to realize that Big O seems to always be the better deal. Their customer service is amazing and their pricing seems to always be the best

I came in for a bubble on the sidewall of one tire, caused by a pothole. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a good discussion about which tires I wanted and I'm pleaed with my decision.

Visit was good

I waited a short time to speak to the service writer. We arranged to bring the car back early the next morning so he could check the auto computer that registers needed repairs. I returned at 8:15 he had a service specialist check my car and determined the issue, he showed me the print out and he advised me to bring it back in if the car gave me the same message for repair. I feel everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I will return to that Big O the next time I need something done on one of my cars because I believe they are thurough and honest.

I have to let you know that your store manager nails your customer service, honesty, customer care and professionalism. I appreciate all the help and car care he has provided for me. He was %100 accurate with my battery and I was able to get it replaced under warranty at Auto Zone. Thank you.

I have been there before and the work accomplished and pricing was fair. As long as this standard is maintained I will continue to use this company.
