Ed, the manager, is extraordinary: upbeat, communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, marvelously helpful, very kind, remarkably friendly.... And his son, Justin, who works there also, is very much like his father. I am BLESSED this Big O opened in Falcon. These folks are a tribute to the Big O brand -- which I have been purchasing since the early 80s

Very easy to get my car scheduled quickly for new tires!

They always do inspections on the truck before doing anything and add it on quote that truck needs to be fixed so that my truck can be in better shape and last longer

Although my daughter only took the car in for an oil change, the courtesy call from Justin to let me know the air filter needed to be changed and that the battery should soon be replaced was greatly appreciated. As always, excellent customer service from Big O Tires!

2008 Dodge 2500 megacab 6.7 diesel, I have been going to Discount tire for almost 30 yrs an now I will never go back. Treated with respect, very professional, awesome general grabber AT/X tires, very smooth ride an very quiet, just installed today so long term reviews. They checked my alignment for free, discount doesn't have an alignment rack!! On today's experience alone I will be a long term customer!!! THANK YOU BIG-O in Falcon CO!
