Oil change and check fluids service was excellent!!

I had an issue with one of my tires and was very worried about the outcome. I walked in and the representative was very understanding and very helpful. He made sure I was able to get my tire serviced far beyond my expectations. Great customer service.

Fast, friendly, and efficient

Although my daughter only took the car in for an oil change, the courtesy call from Justin to let me know the air filter needed to be changed and that the battery should soon be replaced was greatly appreciated. As always, excellent customer service from Big O Tires!

Treated with respect, very professional, awesome general grabber AT/X tires, very smooth ride an very quiet, just installed today so long term reviews.
