Great Service

I called at 2:00 p.m to ask if I could come in to have a flat tire checked. The associate told me to come in and promised to take care of me on a walk-in basis. He checked the tire and found it was damaged beyond repair and replaced the tire in a very timely basis with a helpful friendly attitue.

They were welcoming, timely and kept me up dated on any additional problems found with my pathfinder. It all started with a flat tire after work when I was up in Greeley. I went to the Big O Tires up in greeley, off 34. They couldn't replace the tire but changed my tire to the spare fast and got me on my way home to Peyton, 120 miles away. Everyone at both Big O Tires were great. The Falcon one was even able to drop me at home and pick my up while I had quite a lot of things done on my pathfinder.

Salesperson was nice and even some me some rims and tires for my other truck. Will be back to get that done.

The employees are very educated in the automotive industry and fast service. Great job to all.

It was -22 F and my daughters Subaru started to leak oil and coolant due to the bitterly cold weather. I noticed this on Sunday. On MLK day I called Big O Falcon and they were able to get my car for an inspection. They found the issues (oil filter housing was leaking and a cracked thermostat housing. They also noticed the wheels were out of alignment due to my daughter hitting several pot holes. Although they couldn’t complete all repairs until the following morning due to a delay in getting a part, all repairs were made and my daughter was able to return to university and not miss any classes. This was very much a last minute set of problems and Big O came through for me, thank you.

This is my third time at Falcon Big O. Once again satisfied with the service, professionalism, and friendly people. Pablo did an excellent job getting my car in for service on short notice. I highly recommend this location.

Friendly staff, great communication, and my favorite part… actually inspecting the vehicles to let me know what needed to be done vs. just a bunch of manufacture recommendations based on mileage like flushes etc. I will highly recommend everyone to get service here and I was impressed that it wasn’t only a spot for tires.
