I brought my car here for a second opinion on some needed repairs on my trusty old 2007 Toyota. Big O had the better pricing and Scott took the time to talk me through what he would do short term and long term as far as repairs go. The only negative was that Big O logged the mileage of my vehicle incorrectly on the sales order. This would have a large impact on warranty to the favor of Big O. I called to have it corrected as soon as I noticed the error, and was told it would be corrected (the correct mileage recorded), but have never received anything from Big O to let me know for certain this did indeed occur. It would have been nice if Big O sent me a revised sales order showing the correct mileage....something I could keep in the vehicle in the event of a warranty issue.

The work was done in a timely basis and everything was explained in a professional manner.
