I pulled up an hour before the store closed and was expecting only an estimate on some tires. Instead it turned out they had a good price on some tires I needed, and they were in stock. They got them installed while I waited so I didn't need to come back to have them put on at a later time. The staff was extremely friendly through the entire process which made it even better. Thank you.

Justin handled my scheduled tire rotation appointment on the phone and greeted me when I arrived at the location. He is a class act in terms of his people skills both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend Justin for consideration among those in line for promotion, as he is an excellent customer service person.

started when scheduled and had it finished 1/2 hour sooner than expected and we had no issues

The manager was awesome! I told him I couldn't afford to get 4 new tires and was just buying one at a time. He told me I was wrecking my transmission by doing that because my Jeep is an all wheel drive. He gave me a credit app and I got approved! I was able to make an appointment to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I will be forever great to him for helping me.
