Spoke to Luis and he took care of my vehicle and ensured that I got excellent car and customer service. He always goes above and beyond. We?ve had three of our vehicles taken care of here and don?t plan on going anywhere else to get our vehicles serviced.

I never seen the engine light come on before the indicator on the dash kept reading engine light. Don't see it come on anymore.

Called a number of automotive repair place including another Midas. This particular location understood that the person answering is the first impression a potential customer gets. This Midas location is much further away than another close to the house. The Midas location ( 90th st.) close to my house, did not answer the phone at first. when I called back a lazy voice said the manger was out doing something. I decided on the location on Scottsdale Rd after I got such a good encouraging response from the people who answered the phone. Terrance took initial call, Raymond, made the appointment and I learned Alex is the manager who trained these employees and understands how important customer service is to to a potential customer who does not want to be there in the first place. After calling several repair facilities and even another Midas location, I can say with 100% certainty when I called Alex, Raymond and Terrance " they got me at Hello"
