During the repair of my car, they discovered a mistake they had made and took ownership of the problem, correcting it at their expense. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The Manager (Alex) and his entire crew were efficient, helpful in letting me know what needed to be done to my car. John and Joe at the front desk were very professional. Can't tell you enough how nice it was to work with the gentleman from Florence (sorry - I didn't get his name). He gave us the results of them going through the vehicle and what we would want to get done in the near future - but no pressure to get it done immediately. I will definitely go back.

Our 10:30 am app’t arrived 15 minutes early. At 11:15 am I asked if we should return another day but was told it was going in next. Left at 12:14. But was charged for oil filter $5.00. But charged my credit card $11.87. Now being duped into paying more changes my mind about the Midas way of doing business. I therefore will not ever ask for your assistance. Midas has become dishonest in proper business dealings with the public.Midas should contact Grouponnand have same offer for $59.99

"Service at this Midas location was great. Started of on the wrong foot, however James did make the experience better and had me taken care off. I would highly recommend this Midas out of all the Midas throughout the Valley. "

They explained that my groupon didn't cover the brake pads that my car needed and worked with me to still get the value for my groupon, but also giving me the pads the car needed, machining the rotors so the new pads wouldn't wear out prematurely, and a brake flush.

The staff was honest and helped me change an oxygen sensor quickly. Resolved all of my problems! Thank you!
