Great service. Mileage on sticker did not reflect mileage to return for next oil change. Ill still return, because everything else was awesome.

Great customer service and knowledge of my vehicle. I purchased Groupon for synthetic oil change and was definitely worth it.

I brought my car in to get the check engine light checked out. The service rep told me that I have a computer problem and did not charge me at all. What he told me made a lot of sense. This is why I bring my car to Midas for service.

They are not my favorite shop any longer, sorry to say.

Customer service was great with the cashier BUT I had an appt set up - 45-1 hour wait - took 2 hours ...... engine light was on - didn?t go into details about why just trying to sell me stuff to buy ......got my oil change

The gentleman behind the counter don't remember his name, but he was very professional and kind he communicated while I was waiting to get my oil changed on my car as well as others who had service to their car's we need more like him.

I came in because I had a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I put a mark on my front passenger tire to make sure it was rotated. The service desk attendant even mentioned I needed an alignment. I skipped the alignment and was advised my car was
