Did the oil change BUT found multiple things that were tampered with that never had an issue before going to Midas. Hoses were loosened, rack and pinion magically started leaking really bad ( 1 quart of fluid every day). And had to replace a Y heater hose because it was razor cut. It was obviously tampered with. NEVER EVER going to Midas again.

The service provided to us by Luis was friendly, professional and timely. We were given a courtesy ride as our repairs were going to take awhile. They had us back on the road within a few hours. Very happy with the service we received.

I don't live in the area, was down there for a short vacation. Noticed a tire drop 10psi. Took the car to another place and the wait was ridiculous. Saw Midas across the way and stopped in. Robert explained everything and was very friendly and helpful. He even suggested a few places to go in town. Great experience that made the day better.

I had a piece that went defective after less than a year and when I called, they informed me of the warranty, which was great! They honored it and fixed my car fairly quick, which was such a relief.

Trying to overcharge for oil change. Tried adding services that weren't needed. Went very rude when declined the extra services and corrected the pricing.
