The staff always explains any potential problems and gives good recommendations for maintenance. When faced with a large bill, they offer good payment options as well.

Service manager was very professional. He notified me every step of the way. They fixed the grinding noise and replaced the lug nuts within 3 hours, which was very fast compared to service at the Ford dealership.

Great service friendly staff

Overall everything was as needed. Cost wasn’t too bad considering price of the oil.
