Service manager was very professional. He notified me every step of the way. They fixed the grinding noise and replaced the lug nuts within 3 hours, which was very fast compared to service at the Ford dealership.

I was given an immediate appointment with a very kind staff member as I was concerned about my car. They also gave me an evaluation on what my car would need in the future.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because scheduling the appointment on line was easy, the staff were responsive, the repairs were explained clearly, and the time needed for the repairs was very fast. I would definitely go back to Midas.
