I received a text from Jason. Good timing as my mother felt she had a problem with her brakes and just after that she broke her arm and hadn’t been able to drive. I made the appt earlier than you were open, dropped the keys through the door slot, and by noon the car was given a thorough inspection and fixed. They informed me that part of the work was related to a recall bulletin that was expired. I was able to call my local dealership and get it covered and we are very happy with our service here. The improvement of the driving experience was obvious immediately after I left the location. One of my pet peeves is failure of service persons To center the steering wheel, and in this case, it was centered perfectly!
