my dealership told me I needed new brakes. And so I told them that I would find another break company. I shopped around and made a lot of calls… And I ended up with Midas and I was very pleased. Pleased, because they told me I did not need new brakes, but my brakes were 75% excellent. which is shocking for me and I will be going back to my dealership and telling them what happened.

I had a previous terrible experience at American Tire where i almost got scammed out of 600$. I had the opposite experience at Midas. They were helpful, friendly, had product on hand that was needed, and went above and beyond for customer service. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Midas.

Dee was friendly and respectful of all of needs in a timely manner. Clean shop and not unprofessional, like the other guy Midas shop over there on Edinger. That shop on Edinger was a mess and I wouldn’t let them work on my lawnmower.

The employees at this Midas is always friendly and communicative. The services are are quick and the prices are great! They offer online coupons and never try to oversell you anything. I always know what I’m getting when I come here and I’ll keep coming back.
