Had to haggle price from another midas. I believe they are independently owned. 45 minutes for oil change tire rotation. Left grease from hands on windshield, hood, door. Left old oil change sticker on windshield along with fingerprints underneath new sticker

Standard oil change completed. However, car leaked all the oil a couple days after the service. Had vehicle towed back over to Midas. They said the seal they installed was defective. They did however take care of the issue right then and took care of my next oil change.

Holiday weekend and was told 3 hour wait. Fast and friendly, I was out of there within 1 hour.

"All I can say is, the old management was a lot better. I paid over $100 for an oil change. I found out that they did not check the pressure on my tires, and also broke the engine oil dipstick. I went back and the woman (Levine) at the reception was very rude! She needs a CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! "

If not topping of fluids and leaving radiator bone dry so it overheated and had to be towed home what do you think? It was my first time going to Midas and neither myself of anyone else I talk to will ever come to Midas!!!!!!
