"Appointment 10:00am to 12:00pm Drop off my car at 8:30am nothing done. Call three times you are the next one in line. Call after calls you are the next one. no service perform, I don't if my car has been jack. I would not recommend anyone to go there for their car services "

Been here plenty of times an it was wonderful service but I go today for oil change and get told it can take all day and I'm the first one too...how the **** does that work.

2nd trip 5 5 18 and 8 3 18 told them and was charged for TIRE REPAIR. Tire Gauge fault stile on after second trip. Took TIRE out of spare nail in it spare left on vehicle. LAST TIME I USE MANTECA SHOP.

Service was great and fast. The only thing is that they don't go over what was done to your vehicle.

Tried to request appt online. No one ever called back. Called shop and they put me on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected the call. I called back and he said sorry and put me on hold again. Poor customer service.

Made an appointment to get the oil changed but had to wait over an hour. Brought in my coupon from Safeway and was told that I couldn't use it because my car has synthetic blend oil. The coupon does state extra charge not full price for synthetic blend. Af
