Worst attitude from the front counter I have ever experienced

"We waited and expected it to be quicker as we were early and the bays weren't all full. Clean waiting room with coffee and water were a plus. There wasn't anyone who wasn't friendly. Parking and entry are pretty difficult, arrows would be helpful."
