I am never disappointed when I arrive at my Big O. The gentlemen are always friendly and welcome you with smiles. My main man is Jordan who looks out for me every time I'm there. I don't have to worry about a thing with him or Mick they take such good care of my car and me. I would recommend my Big O to everyone I know.

Mick and his crew are always polite and honest. I needed a new battery to take with me and they looked up the specs and had the battery on the shelf. I bought it, they loaded it and I was on my way. Always a good experience at Big-O.

I've been coming to this shop for years, always get a fair deal and quality service. They also work with you on price if you show there's a big difference in cost on a part from another source. Keep in mind, they are always busy so get there early! Great business, definitely recommend.

I came in for a tire rotation knowing my fronts were pretty worn. They noticed my tires were at the wear Bars and recommended replacing. I knew this was a possibility and appreciated the expert recommendation. They found a buy 3 get 1 discount to apply and had the job done within a reasonable time. When I called to see if there was time for same day oil change and tire rotation, Keaton asked relevant questions to determine if it would work with my schedule that day. He politely let me know they did not have personnel available to shuttle me to my nearby office. Check-in was quick and I was able to leave my vehicle there until the end of the work day. Check out was also quick and the guys are always friendly.

I was informed, when I talked to Jordan, what my wait time would be. I told him thank you for informing me of this, so I could have a good expectation when they could service my vehicle. The team at the downtown Boise Big O Tires, was able to complete my service within the time told to me. He informed me of the results of the tire rotation and tire wear. He was forthright in telling me the price for disposal of my worn out tires, that were taken off my other set of wheels. Thanks Boise Big O Tires.
