Big O Tires

What's not to like??? I am greeted at the door by Louie, my car is taken care right at the appointment time, updates are given to me, explanations are given clearly, and in less time than anticipated all the work is done! I have been coming here for many years because of this excellent service and the friendly staff.

Needed an expert opinion about my brakes

Louie greeted me inside the store and took my vehicle directly in for the service I needed (tire rotation, balance, check, etc.). The crew did a good job and in good time. Their customer service is always tops!

I was informed by phone, that all four of my winter snow tires, were now at the store. I had earlier that week, dropped off the wheels, to be mounted to these tires. When I arrived at the Boise, Idaho store, They had already mounted the winter tires onto the wheels I provided, and all they had to do now, was to take off my other set of wheels, tires and install the winter snow wheels, tires. I appreciated their honesty about the arrival of the last two snow tires to their store and for suggesting I bring in the snow wheels early, so they could save time with mounting the tires,

Mick always takes great care of our family's needs for our automobiles and always looks out for our wallet by providing us with options to get the best deals!

Technician took the time to double check. He found the filing that was causing the slow leak.

Mick figured out the problem (needed 4 new struts) and was able to obtain high end replacement parts for our Buick.

Enjoyed the service and the knowledge of the product of the tires that I purchased asked if they would look at my brakes and I never heard anything on the follow up on that. They did a really good job on check in my front in alignment really appreciate the service I received.

I come in and James greets me with a smile, calls me by name and gets me out the door in minutes. I walk home, living quite close. Wait a couple hours and call and sure enough, it's done. He always gives me coupons or some discount, educates me well on all my question of maintenance schedule, possible future repairs, etc. I leave feeling like me and my car have been well cared for. He even reminds me that his workers used floor mats, seat coverings and gloves while handling my car. It does not get much better than this! Thank you James and Big O!
