Mick Alley is a one of a kind person (Honest and has the best Customer Service I've found). The only place I'll take my vehicles to for tires, shocks and may service items. Louie and Jordan were also very helpful.

Specifically, Mick's Big 0 is the only store I will trust to force balance and work on the front end of my 4x4 Van. Mick is extremely knowledgeable and a good communicator.

I needed a battery. I was told it would take up to 45 minutes to install. I noticed all 3 service bays were occupied so I presumed it would take longer. They pulled my vehicle to the front of the store with service completed in about 25 minutes!! "Under promise, over deliver" fits my situation. I will definitely consider Big-O for future service needs.

I've been doing business with Big o Tires for 25 years now and I continue to get excellent customer service. Moreover, and extremely important, I have never been oversold on a product or service. In this day and age it seems as though the industry norm is to try and sell people things that they don't need. I really appreciate Mick Alley, the owner, and his focus on honesty and integrity. In one instance I was at Big o for an oil change and they happened to over tighten my oil pan drain plug. Instead of just sticking an extra washer on there or ignoring it, they reported it to me and told me that they had ordered a replacement for it. This would have been very easy to conceal. The part needed to be special ordered because it was for an import car so I ended up driving a Big O truck for a day while we waited for the part to come in. I found this to be exceptional customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but what sets people apart is how they deal with them when they are made. You can rely on these guys.
