Big O Tires

Mick Alley gave me an honest assessment of my tires, and we replaced the old with new. Big-O bought the old tires, so that really helped. I had a small project I asked Mick to do which involved removal of two of the "D" rings on the bumpers. One required heating with a torch to get the job done. Mick did it with out question, did it right, and did not charge extra for this excellent customer service. The only place in the Valley I will go for such work. Thank you, Bill Clark.

Mick is the reason I have worked with Big O for many years. He is very accommodating, always helpful and I know I will get great service done on my car. I trust him to give me an honest account of what my car needs and his prices are fair.

Louie was very nice and personal and helped me with my application and answered all my questions about my alignment and he talked me into the midgrade option for tires instead of the cheapest... which was what i originally was going to do.. im very happy with the service and will definitely recommend this place to many especially this location!

I called in advance and talked to Louie. He took my order for a white spoke wheel and trailer tire that I needed to have for my trailer as I was leaving for out of town. I showed up in the afternoon and within 5 minutes the tire was loaded in my vehicle and I was on my way. The only thing I would say is that the employee that put the tire into the back of my carpeted Honda Pilot should have laid a BigO Tire bag down or slipped the new tire and wheel into one to keep from making my carpet dirty in the back of my Honda Pilot. I think this precaution will keep from having any customer complaints from others in the future.

I had a flat tire and brought my car to this Big O store. I explained that I'd purchased the tires at a Big O in Albuquerque but didn't have any paperwork to prove that. They fixed the flat immediately, for free, no questions asked. And they were extremely pleasant. Now that I live in Boise, this is going to be my tire store.

Jordan Sipe went "above and beyond" in my opinion on this project. I had an appointment for front end work (which was done well), and the day I was scheduled to visit Big-O my starting battery was dead (I have a dual battery system in my Jeep JK, so got to Big-O in time). Jordan said the battery was not old and should have done better and he worked to have the battery replaced free of charge on warranty. The exact battery was not in stock, so that was additional work to get the correct battery delivered. The battery is a tight fit into the Jeep, so Jordan made sure that it was installed correctly. Mick, Kevin, and Rob were also very helpful that day. THANK YOU BIG-O!

I had my tire aired up several times & they're always happy to do it. Then they checked why it was going low & resealed it for a low cost. 2 days later it was low again & they took care of me again. Checked it out, saw I caught a small nail this time. Patched me up quick & off I went
