I have always been real happy with this Big O location so much so that I plan trips to visit Boise from Salt Lake when I need service instead of going to a Big O in Salt Lake. Louie and the team that works at the Boise location are always amazing.

Hands down the best tire shop in town but they're expertise and knowledge goes much further than tires. If you've ever passed by and witnessed some of the amazing vehicles in the bays and in the line up you'll know what I'm talking about. There are some rare and fantastic hot rods, customs and originals that utilize this shop. Outstanding work, pricing and professionalism every time.

Daughter needed all four tires as wires were showing. Was very easy to get quote on line and know what the price would be in advance. Then her heater went out, we had been wondering where to go, so she asked the associate at the desk when she dropped car off for tires for a recommendation. Big-O was actually able to determine it was the blower motor and the price was good! Big-O was able to replace it after the new tires in same appointment!! Mom is happy, and daughter is happy, new tires and a warm car - just in time for winter. Thanks Big-O Team!

We were visiting from California. Even though there was less than 20,000 miles on the car, the tire age may have ben a problem. We had just started our ascent up to the Sawtooth Mountains when we literally lost the rear passenger tire...it literally disintegrated. We limped back into town and Big O was the closest tire store. They replaced both rear tires for us in about an hour, without an appointment! They were very courteous and helpful. This allowed us to make our trip to Sawtooth that very same day! We did more traveling around the state and then drove back to California with no problem. I would highly recommend this store.

Friendly and personal greetings from Louie. Car was already when we arrived, paid, and went about our weekend. Always great service and we continue to recommend and go back time and time again.
