Big O Tires

I was pleased that my tire was able to be repaired. I came in thinking I needed a new tire (would have been 4 because of Subaru's AWD). I asked the rep if the tire could be repaired and they checked and it could be. I was happy that it only cost me $17.00 and they didn't push me super hard into getting new tires. They gave me three quotes for tires and I was on my way. This was a much better experience than when I got my oil changed last year at a Bruneel (Point S) Tire. They insisted (very pushy) that I needed new tires right then, among other services. I left with a negative experience there. Big O is now the place that will get my business.

Mick's staff at the downtown Boise store is awesome. Louis, an associate, did a bang up job for me. Very professional. I highly recommend this Store.

Louie met me in the Big-O building, even though they were very busy that day. I had an electrical problem with dead battery in my Suburban. Louie had it all checked out and determined that it was a bad battery with no other electrical issues. He replaced the battery on warranty with no hesitation. The vehicle works just fine now and I told Louie this is partly why we come to this Big-O store and will continue to do so. Thanks much Big-O.

Once again service was outstanding at Bi O, which is why I only use Big O for my tires and automotive service needs.

Straight forward purchase of snowtires. Tires were ordered. Upon arrival of the tires, call from Big O associate. Brought car in immediately. Tires were installed within two hours, even toward closing on a Friday evening. I've been buying tires from these folks for several years. They always greet me by name and provide great service.

I had a few different tires in mind before calling the store after reviewing several on your website. I asked the salesman (Keaton) on the phone to further explain the differences between them to hep me make my decision. He was very patient and went over the differences with me. He then gave me time to analyze this information, I called back later with my decision, and to make an appointment. The next morning I showed up and had the new tires installed. Thank You Keaton; for being patient, informative, and courteous with me during my decision making period.
